How Always Pilates works

    Auckland CBD’s first On Demand boutique Reformer Pilates studio! Open 5am - 11pm daily for our members.

    Pick your timeslot, book your bed, choose your ideal workout, and push play.

    All Intro Offer bookings must be during our Staffed Hours. This is because we have two locked doors to enter the studio to keep it safe and secure.

    Monday - Friday AM: 7am - 930am

    Monday - Thursday PM: 1130am - 7pm

    Friday PM: 1130am - 2pm

    Each reformer station has it’s own touchscreen with a virtual library of 100s of Pilates workouts ready to choose from. Sony on the head Bluetooth headphones are connected and ready.

    With classes level 1 - 3, there’s workouts for whatever experience you have with Reformer Pilates.
