HOW IT WORKS

Enjoy the most bespoke Reformer Pilates available with our high-quality On-Demand video library so that you can practice what you want, whenever you want. Simply book in the time that works for you and show up to the studio in Auckland CBD when it’s time for your session.

  • Bookings for On Demand Beds and In Person Classes can be done through our website under the Bookings tab, or through our profile on the Mindbody App. You will need to have an account created to complete your booking.

  • Dress in comfortable clothes that are appropriate to workout in. Grip socks are not mandatory but are highly encouraged!

    For Semi-private class bookings, please make sure to arrive at the studio at least 5 minutes prior to the start time so you can be ready to go when it starts.

    For On Demand bookings, arriving late is not a problem at all! Our goal is flexibility and letting you be in control of your time and schedule. Use the 55 minutes as you like.

  • For On Demand bookings you will have selected your preferred bed or let the system randomly assign you to one. Please make sure to use that bed so that there are not schedule conflicts with other bookings. You are booked on the bed for 55 minutes, which you can use as much or as little of that time as you would like.

    In Person classes are on Beds 1-5, these cannot be prebooked for the class. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts so you can change and be ready to go on time. Late arrivals past 5 minutes, will not be allowed in for the class.

  • When you finish with your session or class, please return all props used to where you got them from. Wipe everything down, including the reformer. Make sure there is at least 1 red spring on so the bed is stable for the next person.

    Return the video library to the home page, lock the screen with the button on the right hand side, and move back to it’s spot between the mirrors.
